This includes measuring, space and product design, BOQ preparation, bidding, production, professional packaging, customs clearance, and assembly support for every stage of the projects, such as completing furniture, flooring, and textile needs.

Mock Up Service

In addition to design, 3D modeling, BOQ, and prototype production services, YDY Team also provides mock-up services for domestic and international projects with its professional construction, assembly, and styling team. Within the showroom's mock-up area, the project space is simulated 1:1, and prototypes are placed, assembled, and arranged with complete accessories by the styling team, presenting a fully functional living space to the client.

After the mock-up area meeting, all details are discussed and revisions are noted. This approach minimizes time loss during prototype transportation, customs clearance, and related costs.

The story of YDY Team began in 2001 with the business partnership of two life partners.

After nine years of experience in designing villas, hotels, schools, offices, as well as architectural, engineering, interior, and bespoke furniture projects, YDY Team participated in the IMOB exhibition with its 2010 collection for the first time.

By integrating traditional craftsmanship with aggressive design lines, detailed quality, technology, and engineering skills, YDY Team's products are in high demand in both domestic and international markets.

Timeline

1959 In 1959, Cakir Group decided to continue the tradition of their ancestors by founding construction companies in Ankara and Istanbul. They began housing construction based on ancient cultural principles, family traditions, and unique trade methods.

2009 In 2009, we made the decision to grow stronger not only with our family members but also with investors around the world. We systematized our business culture and sharing principles, engaging in numerous projects globally without distinguishing between small and large partners.

2019 In 2019, leveraging the profits received, we entered the American market to expand our investments and commercial presence in America. Although we had been operating in the American market during our university years, this move significantly increased our potential and the ability to generate greater returns for us and all our investors.
